“Oh! Darling” by The Beatles

I’m thankful for my massive book of Beatles Complete Scores so that I might open it up to this song, let my fingers figure out the simple piano line, and unwrap that singing voice that I often keep hidden for whatever reason. I’ve always found McCartney’s vocals in this song particularly motivating. Lately it’s easy to forget that much of my life has been spent doing various performance arts (and by “various” I mean almost always musical). I miss that.
